How quickly do you ship?
We will generally ship your order within 2-3 business days.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes expedited shipping is available at checkout. HOWEVER, this may increase to 5 business days around the holidays.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we can. Our shipping center uses USPS, Fedex, and Ascendia to ship international orders. Longer delays are typically due to the receiving country's customs and import processes. We kindly ask that all international customers wait at least 20 BUSINESS DAYS before contacting us regarding a missing package.
Do you ship to PO and APO/FPO boxes?
Yes, we do.

How can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they ship.
What is your return policy?
1) Items must be returned in new condition, with tags and the original packaging. You can return any product within 30 days of purchase.
2) Alas, you must pay to ship the return back to us.
3)All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. We can waive your restocking fee if you would like to reorder a different item, but you will still be responsible for all shipping costs.
4) Please save your tracking number for your return as we can't credit you for anything that gets lost in mail.
What if my order was delivered, but I don't have it?
JCT Kids will wait until we get an update from our shipping center regarding where your package is before we send either a replacement or refund.
