How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?
We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days.
Is Expedited Shipping Available?
We always offer expedited shipping for our clients and it is available as an option at checkout. However, please keep in mind that this may increase to 5 business days around the holidays!
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do! Our shipping center uses USPS, FedEx, and Ascendia as shipping carriers. For international orders, you may experience longer delays through your receiving country’s customs and imports processes. We kindly ask that all international customers wait an additional 20 business days before contacting us with a missing package claim.
Can You Ship Directly To A PO or APO/FPO Box?
We can! Simply enter the information upon checkout.
Where Can I Check The Status of My Order? How Can I View My Order History?
No problem! When placing your order, you’ll be required to enter an email address for a confirmation receipt. You can then use this email to check all orders associated with that specific email address.
How Can I Modify or Cancel An Order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to shipping. Contact us directly if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Items must be returned in “new” condition, with tags and all original packaging still intact. You can return any product within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is required to pay for return shipping charges and all returns are subjected to a restocking fee of 20%. We can waive your restocking fee if you would like to reorder a different item, but you will still be responsible for all shipping costs.
Where’s My Order? It Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It!
Contact us directly, so that we can reach out to our shipping center in regards to your order. If we are unable to locate it, we will send a replacement item or issue a complete refund.
